The directive for this bathroom was to update the space but keep it simple. This bathroom underwent the typical procedure of completing all demo, sistering joists, correcting plumbing and electric, new subfloor, tub, cement board, water proofing, plumbing studs and leveling ceiling joists, adding a bath fan, new layout, drywall, and paint. The old single pane window was in need of replacement so that was taken care of as well. From there a simple but elegant 8" hexagon tile was utilized on the floor pairing with a large format gloss white wall tile. The 16" soaking tub received double bypass Kohler glass sliding doors and the rest of the bathroom including a quartz top vanity and skirted toilet was put together from there. All shower trim, faucets, and accessories are matching styles to create a consistent look.
