The Grasmere Bath project converted a dated, non-functional bathroom into a modern space that expressed the home-owners unique style. This bathroom was completely gutted to its bones to start fresh. The floor joists and wall studs were sistered to achieve plumb and level surfaces, the electrical and plumbing addressed to meet requirements, and the beautiful finishes put into place. The traditional door was replaced with a pocket door to conserve space, while re-using the original door slab to match the rest of the house. A curbless entry shower was installed utilizing large format floor tile throughout the space, large format wall tile with a custom nice, and a multi function shower system. The custom vanity featured white quartz counters, vessel sink, and wall mounted faucet. Other details added include a polyurethane coated live edge windowsill, sconce lighting, and added bath fan. Finished with custom glass, this is a one of a kind bathroom.
