Conshohocken Basement

This basement was transformed from a seemingly unusable area to a beautiful, finished space. This project began by roughing in all underground plumbing for the addition of a full bathroom in the basement. From there, all concrete was grinded clean, received a topical epoxy vapor barrier and self-leveling compound to create a flat smooth floor. All framing, plumbing, electrical and ductless minisplit HVAC systems were installed. From there, all finishes were installed including LVP flooring, paint and trim to match the house, modern stair treads and risers, bathroom tile and more.
