This kitchen was transformed from a dysfunctional, separated space lacking modern amenities such as a dishwasher, full size refrigerator, and garbage disposal to a modern, open layout with all new sheetrock, lighting, cabinetry, appliances, windows, flooring, and more. The Brush Construction team was able to offer both design and construction services on this project to create a seamless process for the client. The space was uniquely altered by removing a demising wall to create an open floor plan, extending the rear kitchen wall to accommodate a full-size fridge, and utilizing the "dead" space behind the fridge by creating a custom coffee nook. This kitchen also features a custom island, gorgeous tile backsplash, and custom undercabinet lighting, and so much more.
